Mark Higgins smashed his previous record around the Isle of Man TT course this week. Piloting a Prodrive purpose-built Subaru WRX STI, Higgins ran a time of 17 min 35.139 sec at an average speed of 128.73 mph. In my opinion this is one of the craziest courses known to man, stretching just over 37 miles winding through public roads on the Isle of Man. This course not only tests the integrity of the machine, but also pushes the driver to his limits knowing that one mistake could end up in tragedy.
